Which counties flipped from 2016 to 2020?

Based on the votes that have been counted so far (cautioning that there are still a significant number left to count in some states), this post lists the counties that voted for a different political party in this year’s presidential election compared to that of 2016 (note that all data is from Dave Leip’s Election Atlas, except for the county-level data for Maine, which I had to take from the New York Times due to it not being shown on the Election Atlas website). Alaska is not included in this list due to the fact that, unlike every other state, it is not divided into clear county-equivalents. Notably, this list is relatively short: in a country of over 3,000 county-equivalents, only 78 of them appear to have flipped from one party to the other between the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.
